In this article I have identified seven ways to advertise a book on Facebook , of which only one is paid. Each of these methods can have various forms of promotion and I will mention some of them, the most immediate ones. 1 – Personal profile The personal profile on Facebook can be used to promote your book, without however falling into a continuous bombardment of information on the work, which will only disturb those who follow you. Announce the release of the book on your profile : a simple announcement, no more. Return to the book issue only in case of new editions or discounts or events. Change your avatar with the image of the book cover : someone will be curious and want to find out what it's about. Launch a giveaway reserved for your contacts : when you give away something, even a book, there is always someone interested.
Author fan page The fan page is the best place to promote the book, because those who have become fans have chosen to follow you and get information about your books. Create/update your fan page : If a writer doesn't have their own fan page, then it's time to create one. Converse with your readers about the book's topics and more : it serves to establish an ongoing Phone Number Data relationship with readers and fans. Launch a giveaway for all the fans : same thing done for the profile, but this time for the benefit of the royals interested in the book. 3 – Book fan page A fan page dedicated to the book increases the chances of making it known. On this page we will only talk about the book in question. Discussions, photos, images will be for the book only. 4 – Event You can create an event from your profile or fan page to: the presentation of the book and invite your contacts; the release of the book itself; new editions of the book; giveaways; any other event related to the book. 5 – Images Facebook allows you to create image albums both in your personal profile and in your fan pages. Images can also convey the promotion of your book. Create an album of photographs taken from the presentation.
Create an album about your book, with cover proposals and the final cover. Create an album with the places from the book. Create an album to collect readers' photos. 6 – Group A Facebook group is like a small discussion forum . It has a different structure from the fan page, I would say more orderly and linear. A discussion group on the book can therefore be created, aimed at clarifying some of its passages and background and answering readers' questions. 7 – Advertising There are two forms of paid advertising on Facebook that can be used to promote your book. The costs are definitely sustainable. Create an advert : Facebook allows you to create a budget-controlled advertising campaign. In practice, the advertiser will decide how much to spend per day. The higher the budget, the more users will be reached. The adverts are visible in the right column of personal profiles. On the Advertise on Facebook page you will find all the information. www.facebook.com/advertising Promote this post : latest innovation introduced by Facebook. The link in question has been added to personal profiles, in addition to the usual Like, Comment, Share. The cost is 3.65 euros and you can promote a link, a news item, an image, which will appear higher up in the News section and will be marked as Sponsored.
