We are launching a rating of CRM integrators in Ukraine to answer these questions and make the market for integration services simpler and more transparent for clients. CRM integrators are companies that help businesses implement customer relationship management systems. Methodology for rating CRM integrators The rating is formed in three stages. Questioning of participants. Integrators who want to take part in the rating fill out a form. All questionnaires are validated. Then the score that the company will receive for this stage is formed. Digital community voting. Users will vote on the rating site for integrators with whom they have collaborated and were satisfied with the result. Based on these votes, a second rating will be formed. Voting by jury members. The organizers will provide the jury members with the information collected during the survey process. Based on the jury voting results, a score will be generated that the integrator will receive for this stage.
